the room was rather dark even with all the lights on i found it difficult to see clearly also the shuttle service to the airport was infrequent it seemed to run less often than advertised this caused a significant delay and nearly made me miss my flight i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for it to arrive the limited shuttle availability is a major inconvenience

i experienced some issues with the air conditioning. the ac was not working properly. i really needed a cool room to sleep in.

the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. i appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. i also enjoyed the on-site pool, a good way to relax after a flight.

the garage parking had limited spots though i did eventually find one.
